When I was a guy not much older than my son is now, I started to use the coloring pages as a hobby with my dad. I really enjoyed working on them, but I also enjoyed one at a time with my dad and having something the two of us can do alone. So you can imagine how keen I am to continue this tradition and now start having fun with my son and some coloring page.
You can be like me and find that a lot of activities for kids make these days are too expensive or too difficult for me to join with us. For example, I definitely can not skateboard, I can not swim and I definitely do not know how to use a computer or Xbox to play games. I'm lost when it comes to computers, I really am. I know it is inevitable that as my son grows he will soon be enough to want to do things his being seen with his dad will be the basis for teasing from his friends so I'm making a special effort to spend as much time as I can quality it now and really make every moment count. They say that time is most precious gifts you can give to a child and I'm trying hard to live with it. It seems increasingly hard to find hobby that Fathers can do with their little ones. Purpose seems to be sadly Mothers.
My sons favorite web site is kidslikecoloringpages.com as it has a wide variety of pictures that can color it in. As I say what color names and color it already is making them easily, especially his favorites green and blue. Every time he starts to use a word I've learned that to really get a special move you have to be a father to understand. It really makes me feel like I'm contributing to its growth. I also tell him the names of which he is currently coloring, as an arm, a leg, a tree, a windmill, etc. etc. All true learning comes from such repetition by saying that these names over and over again to get them fast.
He will soon be old enough that in a year or so we will be able to break the color and see what it is like to use their coloring pages. I'm sure this will be fun, though I'm cautiously excited at the thought of the mess it can do! I'm sure his eyes will go wide first time I mix two colors to make a a brand new, such as red and green come together to make coffee. Playing is so obviously interesting to learn for all children. I can really see how his ability to concentrate improved. When he settles down in an interesting picture he could just lose myself in it, and its ability stay within the lines really came to the steps of bounds. He seems to have learned quickly that going slow its accuracy improves and things are easier in general, which is a good lesson in life itself! It is New start still trying to sign his name on his work so I ask him to draw on his face like an autograph and he always does so with a broad grin on it, which shows that he had a good time working on it!
Me and my little guy are big fans of Disneys movies .. So you can sure that I always have files waiting Disney. Give everything on Pluto or Donald Duck and he would be very happy! Even more New Handy Manny as Disney stars are very popular with and I'm happy as all their products, these characters are positive models role. You do not have to worry about anything your child can see when they are watching a Disney show! When he gets older I'm secretly hoping he would get in superheroes.
I used to love them when I think it was a disaster and it would be great to have this in common with. Batman and Superman Man of Steel were my favorites and I have already seen enough pictures of cool that we can have more fun working together! Like many young lads I'm sure he will grow into an adventurous person and enjoy the action packed stories I'll be able to say it I can remember from my youth!
On special occasions like holidays have too many blankets on the walls of our house Colouring in Pages. In December there are pictures of Santa Claus, Rudolph reindeer, presents, Christmas trees, Gifts, Nativity Scenes and much more the entire house. While on Halloween no matter where you go in our house probably will not be a Pumpkin, Ghost, Little Devil or Vampire staring at you! I'm careful to keep them all away, then carefully and intend to continue be using them decades from now, the more the potential embarrassment of my son.
